Quarterly Islamic Finance Public Lecture IRCIEF 2022

International Research Centre for Islamic Economics and Finance (IRCIEF)  in collaboration with Fakulti Pengurusan dan Muamalah, and Fakulti Shariah dan Undang-Undang organized a Public Lecture on “Shariah Advisory: Progress and Future Development” by Mr Makhtar bin Hj. Abdullah, CEO, of the Association of Shariah Advisors in Islamic Finance Malaysia (ASAS), and Research Fellow for IRCIEF.

The event was held on 28th September 2022 at Dewan Kuliah Ramadan al-Buti, KUIS. The audience consisted mainly of students, who were given exposure to the roles and challenges of shariah advisors, hoping that it will benefit them in facing future challenges of Islamic finance.
